摘要: 背景与目地: 研究富含多酚化合物的葡萄籽提取物是否具有抗突变作用。 材料与方法: 应用Ames试验和小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验的常规方法进行检测。结果: 葡萄籽提取物对TA98、TA100菌株在加与未加S9的情况下均呈现对阳性致突变物的抑制作用; 灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的葡萄籽提取物30 d,能明显抑制环磷酰胺所致小鼠骨髓细胞微核率。 结论: 葡萄籽提取物具有抗突变作用。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To further study the antimutation effect of grape seed extraction which contains plenty of phenol chemical compound . MATERIAL AND METHODS: The grape seecl extraction was investigated by using mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test and Ames test. RESULTS: The result showed that grape seed extraction inhibited the effect of the positive substance inducing mutation on TA98、TA100 in the condition of whether or not adding S9.Feeding mice with grape seed extract in different doses 30 d,it showed that cyclophosphamide(CPA) induced mice bone marrow cell micronucleus rate were inhibited obviously. CONCLUSION: The experiments suggested that grape seed extraction has the antimutation effect.
